| Due to the nature of these items, all products are available for purchase by persons 18 years of age or older. Written parental consent is required for all customers under 18 years of age. Ordering Process and Payment Options |

| Orders can be sent in via fax or email. If you are ordering via fax please download our order form from here. Our fax number is 403-293-8350. | |

Payment options available include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, personal cheque, certified cheque, money orders, cash (for local orders only) and bank transfer. Please contact us for banking information if you wish to pay via bank transfer. Payment can be made through PayPal to sales@richardsherrysmagic.com. We do not accept payment by installment. Payment is accepted in full at time of order with shipping due at time of shipment or with 50% of order total paid at time of order and remainder plus shipping due at time of shipment. Please note the method of payment on your order form. For credit card and PayPal account holders an invoice will be emailed to you. If you wish to pay by personal cheque, certified cheque or money orders we will contact you with the order total. |

Shipping |

Shipping prices vary for each customer based on items purchased and shipping location. Shipping is not included in any of the prices listed. We will calculate the correct shipping costs when you contact us. Products will be shipped with UPS after final payment has been received. Any products that exceed UPS weight restrictions will be shipped with a carrier that services your region. In some circumstances, duty and/or customs charges will apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes does not accept any responsibility for any of these charges.
We are not responsible if the shipping company does not deliver the order within the time frame which was originally quoted. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes is not responsible for any shipping delays or damage. Shipping charges are based on the day quoted and are subject to change when the final product is shipped due to changing fuel costs. If shipping charges are higher than the total, actual cost of shipping the difference will be refunded. |

Deposits |
|
|
Production of order will commence when the deposit has been received. The desposit is 50% of the order total before shipping costs have been added. Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits hold an order for 1 year. If the balance of the order is not paid within 1 year of the order date, the order is null and void. If additional or incremental payments have been made but the order has not been paid in full within the 1 year period, the order is null and void and all money is non-refundable. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes has the right to sell the manufactured order to recoup any losses after the 1 year period. |
